Fusion Snow Fit combines Rejuvenating & Invigorating energies each week as we work through the different aspects of our body.

Fusion Snow Fit is a unique program that integrates body, mind and self so you have the strength and confidence to get active in any season.
By the end of this program you will:
Show up for yourself in a consistent way
Rock your day through the connection of strength, stretch and self.
Get your glow back & kick those winter blues.
Feel strong, full of breath, energized and in sync with yourself on and off the snow.
In this program you will get access to:
6 X Live group coaching sessions on Zoom; each class will combine a high intensity workout with a yoga session followed by an intentional breath & energy session.
Home study course: includes class recordings and supplemental resources.
1:1 30 min consult with both coaches - 1 hour total.
Who this program is for?
This program is for skiers and snowboarders that want to be physically and mentally strong for this season and every season.
Who this program is not for?
This program is not for those looking for a quick fix, unsustainable, short term solution to their fitness problems.
The classes are 2 x per week - Monday and Wednesday @ 9:15am.
Pre-Christmas session starts December 1st to 17th (PST) (3 weeks), the bi-weekly classes will be online through Zoom calls.
Second series Starts January 18th - February 22nd, 2021 (6 weeks), 1 x per week on Monday @ 9:15am - 45mins.
Guarantee: If you show up for yourself you will get stronger, feel confident and have fun on and off the snow this season.
The Fusion Snow Fit program will alternate each session with the rejuvenate/ invigorate energies. Starting the practice with opening into the front body (what you see in the mirror), working through the side body and then into the strength body where we learn to strengthen from the inside out.
The session will start with a 15 min workout working with the theme. This will move into a complementing yoga session drawing attention, lengthening and strengthening.
We will finish in a meditation workshop space leaning into developing our breath and awareness for our activities and mind space. Finally, creating intention through a journalling, reflective practice.
